1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to PETI.pk. By accessing or using our 
website, you agree to be bound by these Terms 
of Service. Please read them carefully before 
making any purchase.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING
All products listed on PETI.pk are subject to 
availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees 
(PKR) and may change without prior notice. We 
reserve the right to cancel any order in case of 
pricing errors.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
By placing an order, you confirm that all 
information provided is accurate. We accept 
payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, 
and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are processed 
within 1-2 business days.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery 
time is 3-5 business days depending on your 
location. Delivery charges may apply on orders 
below Rs.5,000.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of 
delivery. Products must be unused, in original 
packaging, and in the same condition as received. 
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days 
after the returned item is received.

6. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, 
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
with photos at sales@peti.pk. We will arrange 
a free replacement or full refund.

7. PRIVACY
Your personal information is safe with us. We 
do not sell or share your data with third parties.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on PETI.pk including logos, images, 
and text is the property of PETI.pk and may not 
be copied or used without written permission.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
PETI.pk reserves the right to update these Terms 
of Service at any time. Continued use of the 
website means you accept the updated terms.
