RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PETI.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return and refund process.
RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS — We accept returns if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The product is significantly different from the description
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, worn, or opened (hygiene products)
- Beauty and personal care items once opened
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
HOW TO RETURN
Step 1: WhatsApp us at 0318-0562276 within 7 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Send clear photos/video of the product issue
Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address
Step 5: Replacement or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
REFUND OPTIONS
Once your return is approved, you can choose:
- Replacement product (fastest option — same or equivalent item)
- Store credit (valid for 6 months on peti.pk)
- Bank transfer refund (JazzCash/Easypaisa — 3-5 business days)
CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
For COD orders, refunds are issued via JazzCash or Easypaisa to your registered mobile number.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your product arrives damaged:
- Take a video while opening the package
- WhatsApp the video to 0318-0562276 immediately
- We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer free exchanges for wrong size or color (where applicable). Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
